If you haven't been by the team's website (www.mononaswimanddive.org
) recently, you've missed a new look! We recently upgraded to the latest version of the engine that runs the back-end of the site, which allowed for a new front-end appearance! There's a new section on the Home page, "Need to Know Now News" that will be updated often. Be sure to check this day for important news for the immediate future. The remaining content within the site is very similar to the previous site and actions to declare for meets remains the same. Head to the site
and poke around. In case you have any quesitons on how to navigate your account in the new system, Team Unify has prepared some helpful guides (even video!)
If you notice something incorrect or out of place, let us know!

Tech Suit Info
Some of you may be aware of a USA Swimming rule change which was passed in Fall 2018
, banning tech suits for 12 & under swimmers beginning Sept. 1, 2020. Tech suits are made from water repellent materials and compress the body to make the swimmer more hydrodynamic. These suits can cost $90-$500 dollars.
The All-City Board, which oversees the rules used in the All-City Pool League, voted in November 2018 to phase in this ban over the next two years. For this summer of 2019, tech suits will not be allowed for 8 & under swimmers. The following summer (2020), tech suits will not be allowed for 10 & under swimmers. By the summer of 2021, the All-City rule will match to USA Swimming rule (no tech suits for 12 & under swimmers).
